Job Description
Job title: Technical Project Manager Role Summary: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives within an Enterprise IT & Data program, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to achieve business value. Expectations: Deliver projects on scope, time, and budget, manage risks, maintain stakeholder alignment, and continuously improve delivery processes in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and deliver multiple technology projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across IT, data, and business functions. - Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. - Translate technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly language. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment and decision‑making. - Ensure project documentation is current, compliant, and tracks key metrics and KPIs. - Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate to ensure project objectives are met. - Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly and proactively. Required Skills: - Proven experience managing complex technical projects in enterprise environments. - Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, data integration, and enterprise IT systems. - Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps. - Knowledge of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies. - Understanding of change management principles within technology contexts. - Excellent vendor and stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. - Strategic planning and decision‑making under pressure. - Adaptability, resilience, and a continuous improvement mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
