Job Title: Communication Manager, Installed Base Business Unit Role Summary: Own the strategic and operational communication plan for the Installed Base BU, ensuring alignment with corporate communications, delivering internal and external messaging across France, US, Germany, and UK, managing crisis communication, and supporting the BU director and executive committee. Expactations: - Report directly to the VP of Communication and sit on the BU’s extended executive committee. - Develop, implement, and monitor communication strategies that support BU business priorities. - Allocate and control communication budgets and timelines. - Coordinate with global corporate, PCM, DTI, Fuel, I&C, and EDF group communications. Key Responsibilities: - Craft and execute internal and external communication strategies and plans for the Installed Base BU. - Deploy communication plans across all BU sites, ensuring consistent brand voice and compliance. - Collaborate closely with the BU Director to translate performance objectives into communication actions. - Organize internal events targeting BU managers and staff. - Lead preventive communication initiatives and manage crisis communication in partnership with corporate communication teams. - Support BU spokespeople on media issues that could impact reputation. - Supervise, coach, and coordinate the network of BU site communicators. - Monitor budget adherence and project milestones. Required Skills: - 10+ years experience as a Communication Manager or similar role. - Proven capability in strategy development, project management, and multi‑stakeholder coordination. - Strong written and verbal communication, with synthesis and presentation skills. - Autonomy, rigor, responsiveness, flexibility, and a proactive mindset. - Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking). - Knowledge of the nuclear or high‑tech industry is an advantage. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional certifications in communications or crisis management are a plus. ---
