**Job Title:** Account Executive – SaaS / Cloud / Fintech **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth by selling SaaS and cloud solutions to mid‑market and enterprise clients. Engage prospects, conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals while cultivating long‑term relationships with key decision makers. Operate within a target‑based environment and collaborate closely with marketing, technical pre‑sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. **Expactations:** - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. - Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities and status updates in CRM. - Demonstrate deep understanding of the SaaS, cloud, and fintech markets and the competitive landscape. - Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. - Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (Solutions Architecture, Customer Success) to secure win‑rate and uptime. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect via inbound, outbound, and partner channels to generate qualified opportunities. - Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to key stakeholders. - Prepare and negotiate proposals, SOWs, and terms that align with company pricing and contractual policies. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closed‑won, ensuring accurate forecasting. - Update CRM with activity logs, pipeline stages, and revenue forecasts. - Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on market trends and customer pain points. - Participate in local and virtual sales enablement activities and training. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B SaaS or cloud sales experience (2‑5 years) with a track record of meeting quotas. - Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms. - Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Resilience, goal‑orientation, and a collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - Commercial certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator/Consultant, HubSpot Sales Software) are advantageous but not mandatory. - Continuous learning mindset with willingness to obtain relevant industry certifications.
