Job Description

**Job title:** AI Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deploy advanced reinforcement learning and agentic AI solutions for interactive digital environments. Leverage human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, cutting‑edge agent pipelines, and context engineering to build scalable AI‑driven training platforms and production features. **Expectations:** - Drive end‑to‑end research, prototyping, and scaling of agentic AI systems. - Deliver measurable performance improvements and high‑quality data pipelines. - Translate research innovations into robust, observable production deployments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and iterate human‑in‑the‑loop agents that generate tasks, data, and environments. - Define success metrics, run rigorous evaluations, analyze results, and optimize reliability and output quality. - Research and apply state‑of‑the‑art techniques in agent pipelines, context engineering, and model post‑training. - Collaborate with software engineering to productionise new methods at scale. - Maintain technical documentation, benchmarks, and reproducibility standards. **Required Skills:** - Strong expertise in reinforcement learning, agentic AI, and simulation environments. - Proficiency with Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and RL libraries (RLlib, stable‑baseline, etc.). - Experience designing human‑in‑the‑loop data pipelines and automated evaluation metrics. - Solid understanding of model fine‑tuning, post‑training, and multi‑modal context engineering. - Ability to translate research prototypes into production‑level code (observability, scalability, maintainability). - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field. - Proven track record of research or production work in RL or agentic AI (publications, demos, or deployed systems). ---
