**Job Title**: Senior Full-Stack Engineer **Role Summary**: Lead development of a healthtech personalization platform within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Owner of front-end architecture, with cross-stack responsibilities to deliver scalable, data-driven wellbeing solutions. **Expectations**: Deliver production-ready UI, optimize user experiences, and collaborate intensively with cross-functional teams. Requires speed, technical rigor, and adaptability to shape product direction and technical vision. **Key Responsibilities**: - Build pixel-perfect UI using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. - Translate Figma designs into accessible WCAG-compliant components and maintain design systems. - Partner with AI engineers to develop RAG/LLM-augmented pipelines. - Implement data-fetching strategies (Server Actions, React Query/SWR). - Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) and CI/CD pipelines. - Contribute to API routes, server-side logic, and lightweight data modeling as needed. - Define and enforce engineering standards for code quality, testing, and CI/CD. - Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and guide technical decision-making. - Streamline workflows to enhance reliability, maintainability, and cross-team collaboration. - Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to accelerate delivery of healthtech innovations. **Required Skills**: - 3+ years building production React applications; 1+ year in Next.js, headless commerce (Shopify preferred). - Expertise in TypeScript, modern React patterns (Hooks, Suspense), and Tailwind CSS. - Proven ability to optimize user flows and prioritize performance. - Hands-on experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design. - Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations (RAG pipelines) and healthtech platforms. - Proficiency in server-side logic, API development, and CI/CD pipeline optimization. - Systems thinking and first-principles approach to problem-solving. - Leadership in defining technical direction and mentoring teams. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - No certifications specified.
