Job Description

Job Title: Aruba Network Consultant Role Summary: Design, implement, and optimize enterprise HPE Aruba switching and wireless networks, integrating security best practices and automation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cybersecurity teams to deliver high‑performance, secure network solutions and ensure seamless handover to operations. Expectations: Deliver scalable, secure Aruba network architectures, automate configuration and monitoring, provide technical pre‑sales support, and maintain documentation and training materials. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical design and deployment of HPE Aruba switching, wireless, and ClearPass solutions. - Produce low‑level design documents, configuration scripts, and proof‑of‑concept artifacts. - Integrate micro‑segmentation, EAP‑TLS, DHCP, NTP, SIEM, and performance testing into designs. - Automate network provisioning and queries using Ansible and Python with APIs. - Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to embed security controls. - Support installation, configuration, and optimization of new deployments. - Provide pre‑sales technical input, cost estimates, and vendor coordination. - Ensure transition of network changes to operational support teams. Required Skills: - Proven experience designing and implementing HPE Aruba networks (switching, wireless, ClearPass). - Experience in campus or large enterprise deployments. - Knowledge of Cisco switching and related technologies. - Strong automation skills (Ansible, Python, APIs). - Familiarity with network management, reporting, and automation tools. - Consulting experience in complex, large‑scale environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Fluency in French (C2) and English (C1/C2). Required Education & Certifications: - Current HPE Aruba certifications (e.g., Aruba Certified Professional – Networking). - Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - (Preferred) Experience in aviation or similarly regulated industries.
