Job Description
Job Title: Software Engineer – Flight Simulation Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain real‑time software for aircraft flight simulators, covering control systems, graphical user interfaces, and integrated avionics. Involved across the entire product lifecycle from requirement analysis to customer acceptance and post‑delivery support. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, safety‑critical code in a fast‑paced environment. Own deliverables from inception to completion, prioritize customer needs, communicate transparently, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Operate independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities - Design, code, test, and debug real‑time flight‑simulation software components in C. - Implement user interfaces and control‑system modules for full flight simulators. - Support system integration, functional testing, and fault diagnosis on simulated hardware. - Participate in requirements analysis, architectural design, and acceptance testing. - Provide post‑delivery support and maintenance for flight‑simulation products. Required Skills - Proficient programming in C (knowledge of C++ or C# is a plus). - Practical understanding of Systems Engineering V‑model or Software Development Lifecycle. - Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams. - Self‑motivated, can‑do attitude, and ability to work independently. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or related field, or equivalent professional engineering experience in the aviation/aerospace sector. ---
