Job Description
**Job Title:** B2B Automotive New Vehicle Sales Advisor **Role Summary:** Drive B2B sales of new passenger and commercial vehicles, accessories, financing, and fleet management solutions. Develop and manage a dedicated territory, generate leads, secure appointments, close sales, and nurture long‑term client relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to quality processes. **Expectations:** - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new vehicles and associated services. - Maintain at least 10 client meetings per month, prepared with pre‑meeting reviews. - Grow account size through cross‑selling financing, mobility solutions, and fleet management. - Ensure client retention by acting as the primary contact throughout the vehicle lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute a prospecting strategy using on‑ground, telephone, and digital methods. - Organize promotional events (product exhibitions, social media) to engage local business networks. - Process leads and conduct external phoning campaigns. - Prepare business reviews with the sales manager before client meetings. - Capture and document meeting outcomes; set next‑step actions. - Analyze opportunities within existing client fleets to increase volume, financing, mobility solutions, and management services. - Coordinate internal agents and alternative suppliers involved in vehicle delivery, maintenance, or fleet administration. - Raise and follow up on quality or process issues, proposing improvement solutions. **Required Skills:** - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. - Strong listening, questioning, and argumentation skills to persuade prospects. - Autonomous working style with a proactive approach. - Client‑focused mindset, ensuring long‑term satisfaction. - Valid driver’s license (minimum B). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent. - Automotive sales experience or relevant training preferred. - Valid driving licence; additional automotive or sales certifications considered a plus.
