Job Description
Job title: Security Consultant Trainer – Penetration Tester (M/F) Role Summary: Deliver end‑to‑end technical security assessments, including internal and external penetration testing, social engineering, code reviews, configuration audits, and reverse engineering of mobile applications. Design and conduct hands‑on training sessions on ethical hacking and security certification programs, facilitating knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams. Expectations: * Execute rigorous, documented penetration tests that uncover actionable security weaknesses. * Produce clear, concise audit reports with mitigation recommendations. * Deliver engaging, practical training that meets industry certification standards. * Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve threat‑analysis methods and training curricula. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct internal and external penetration tests and red‑team engagements. * Perform social engineering exercises to assess human‑factor vulnerabilities. * Review source code for security flaws and assess configuration settings. * Reverse engineer Android and iOS applications to identify hidden threats. * Prepare and deliver training courses on ethical hacking, incident response, and security certifications. * Contribute to Capture the Flag (CTF) events and other technical workshops. * Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of security tools, frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Required Skills: * Proficiency with penetration testing tools (Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Nessus, etc.). * Strong network, operating system, and application security expertise. * Experience in mobile security and Android/iOS reverse engineering. * Code review skills for languages such as Java, Swift, JavaScript, and Python. * Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP) and compliance standards. * Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of teaching complex concepts. * Team‑player who proactively seeks new knowledge and shares insights. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Relevant security certifications (CEH, OSCP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent). * Continued professional development in exploitation, reverse engineering, and security training.
