Job Title: Fullstack Developer – Go Focus
Role Summary:
Design, develop and maintain a high‑volume SaaS back‑office and microservices ecosystem, primarily using Go 1.22+ with Gin or Echo, GORM, and supporting Python components. Drive migration, automation, and cloud readiness while ensuring quality through testing, documentation, and DevOps practices.
Expectations:
- 4+ years backend architecture experience, with ≥2 years in Go.
- Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn; strong pedagogical and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work in an agile, cross‑disciplinary team and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refactor, migrate, and maintain back‑office services (Go, ORM).
- Build and document connectors to ERP, CRM, payment, SMS, REST/GraphQL APIs, flat files, and low/no‑code platforms.
- Participate in 5 cross‑functional microservices, including Python AI/Data modules.
- Optimize and maintain SQL Server (procedures, triggers, monitoring).
- Support Level 2 operations, on‑call rotation, and DevOps industrialisation (Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes).
- Write and maintain evolving documentation, unit and integration tests, and quality gates.
- Engage in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and legacy‑to‑new‑project migration.
Required Skills:
- Go 1.22+, Gin/Echo, GORM or equivalent ORM.
- Docker containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- CI/CD with GitLab, Jenkins (preferred).
- Git workflow, Go modules packaging.
- SQL Server optimisation, scripting, and automation.
- Experience with Python for data/AI tasks (optional).
- Strong written communication, documentation, and testing practices.
- Familiarity with AI integration (Claude, ChatGPT) is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
