Job title Data Analyst Role Summary Interpret, consolidate, and report business performance data from ERP systems, monitoring tools, and other sources to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Deliver monthly performance reports, support data integrity, and streamline reporting processes across the organization. Expectations - Provide actionable insights to leadership and cross‑functional teams. - Ensure accuracy, audit trails, and data integrity across reporting systems. - Collaborate with managers to introduce new monitoring streams and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Generate monthly performance reports covering manufacturing and sales metrics. 2. Gather, interpret, and consolidate data from multiple sources to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. 3. Maintain and improve data integrity, auditing, and validation procedures across systems. 4. Develop and streamline reporting processes and tools. 5. Support departments in understanding insights and translating findings into actions. 6. Collaborate with managers to introduce new monitoring streams and enhance business performance. Required Skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite. - Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and methodical mindset. - Experience creating reports using SQL (highly advantageous). - Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to leadership. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. - Any relevant certification in data analysis or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is desirable.
