Job Description
**Job Title** Human Resources Business Partner (People Partner – 12‑month Fixed Term Contract) **Role Summary** Acts as a strategic partner to senior leaders, delivering people programmes that align with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and long‑term capability needs. Provides commercial insight, data‑driven workforce planning, and expert execution of organisational change, talent strategy, reward design, employee relations, and culture initiatives. **Expectations** * Achieve people deliverables for enterprise‑wide transformation and structural realignment. * Design and execute strategic workforce plans in line with business goals and financial targets. * Shape competitive, equitable, and risk‑aligned reward frameworks that comply with regulatory pay principles. * Support senior stakeholders in talent strategy, organisational design, and critical role coverage. * Manage complex employee relations cases that have escalated beyond advisory scope. * Collaborate with People Experience and Culture functions to enhance employee engagement and cultural health. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Execute people workstream deliverables for transformation programmes (business model shifts, structural changes, operational effectiveness). 2. Partner with senior HR and OD leaders to design and implement strategic workforce planning activities. 3. Build and implement reward frameworks that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with FCA/PRA principles. 4. Co‑design and deliver enterprise talent strategy supporting growth, compliance, and critical role coverage. 5. Handle escalated complex employee relations cases, ensuring timely resolution. 6. Work with People Experience and Culture Manager to deliver culture and experience initiatives. 7. Influence senior stakeholders, ensuring people strategy is embedded in business decisions. **Required Skills** * Proven experience as a People Business Partner in financial services or other regulated/complex environments. * Strong track record delivering people elements of enterprise transformation and strategic change. * Expertise in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and talent strategy. * Deep knowledge of reward frameworks and regulatory pay principles (e.g., FCA/PRA). * Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus. * Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills. * Capacity to work collaboratively across functions and lead change initiatives. **Required Education & Certifications** * CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent. * Relevant finance or regulatory knowledge is advantageous.
