Job Description: **Job title:** Senior AI Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven and agentic‑AI solutions across multiple products. Lead the creation of neural network architectures, NLP systems, and autonomous agent workflows, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable integration into existing software ecosystems. **Expectations** - End‑to‑end ownership of AI solution lifecycles from research through production. - Deliver production‑ready models and agentic systems that operate with minimal human intervention. - Maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and implement advanced machine learning models, including deep neural networks and pattern recognition systems. - Develop natural language processing pipelines and LLM‑based decision‑support mechanisms. - Design and deploy autonomous agentic AI systems (planning, reasoning, multi‑agent coordination, tool‑using agents). - Build secure, scalable end‑to‑end pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment. - Integrate AI agents into existing software environments and APIs. - Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams on software development, requirements, and architecture. - Perform risk analysis, safety reviews, and validation of agentic behaviours. - Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and best‑practice guidelines. **Required Skills** - 5+ years professional experience in AI/ML engineering. - Deep expertise in neural networks, pattern recognition, and advanced ML techniques. - Proficiency in Python, Java, or comparable high‑level programming languages. - Extensive experience with NLP technologies and large language models. - Strong software development practices, version control, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. - Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are a plus.
