**Job Title:** Solution Engineer **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary technical sales resource for the regional sales team, bridging customer requirements with OPSWAT’s cybersecurity solutions. Act as a product expert, deliver demos, manage RFP responses, and support proof‑of‑concepts, while coordinating with engineering for product direction. **Expectations:** - Achieve assigned sales and revenue quotas. - Secure technical wins and maintain a robust pipeline. - Resolve customer technical issues efficiently via Jira. - Conduct impactful demo sessions of 5+ minutes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with sales and partner teams to drive enterprise business. - Manage customer expectations, gather requirements, and secure solution buy‑in. - Lead and deliver detailed RFP responses. - Train and certify resellers and channel partners. - Present at conferences and technical seminars. - Support proof‑of‑concepts, implementations, and installations. - Liaise with engineering to guide product enhancements. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of cybersecurity or networking software sales/technical engineering experience. - Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. - Strong presentation and application demo expertise. - Proficient in installing and troubleshooting enterprise apps on Windows and Linux. - Ability to discuss cybersecurity topics with executives (CISO) to operational staff. - Self‑motivated, focused on identifying and solving customer pain points. - Experience with CRM systems and Jira ticketing is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). - Technical certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are advantageous but not mandatory.
