Job Description: **Job Title:** Project Engineer **Role Summary** Lead end-to-end technical project cycles in a custom industrial equipment manufacturing SME. Act as the central point of coordination, ensuring technical, operational, and strategic alignment for complex projects. **Expectations** - Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication. - Hands-on involvement in design and production, with problem-solving agility. - Strong collaboration skills across internal teams, suppliers, and clients. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Analyze technical specifications and identify critical project challenges. 2. Develop project plans, monitor costs, ensure quality, and meet deadlines. 3. Prepare tenders, procure materials, and negotiate with suppliers. 4. Supervise workshop production, coordinate subcontractors, and resolve unforeseen issues. 5. Serve as the primary contact between clients, internal teams (design, production), and external partners. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in reading/interpreting technical drawings and mechanical dimensioning. - Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks). - Cross-functional project coordination and strategic thinking. - Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken). - Problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and structured decision-making. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical project management or design office roles.
