**Job title:** Full Stack Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑availability, scalable services and applications across the full technology stack. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring code quality, operational excellence, and rapid delivery.
**Expectations:**
- 3+ years building resilient, scalable systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Microservices; experience with React, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
- End‑to‑end ownership of cloud‑based projects, including data pipelines and extensible platforms.
- Agile mindset with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and adapt to change.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to gather requirements and draft technical specifications.
- Design, code, review, and test services and components, ensuring high quality, scalability, and performance.
- Participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback and promoting best practices.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, Jenkins, and other tools.
- Implement caching (Memcached/Redis), messaging (Kafka or similar), and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle).
- Drive reusability through frameworks, patterns, and configuration tools.
- Apply Agile Scrum practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
**Required Skills:**
- Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices architecture.
- Cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS), CI/CD (Git, Maven, Jenkins).
- Messaging systems (Kafka or equivalent), caching (Memcached/Redis).
- Relational databases (MySQL, Oracle).
- Agile Scrum methodology, design & code review experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation, and consensus‑building skills.
- Adaptability, willingness to learn new technologies.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent) preferred.
