Job Title: Business Analyst (Digital Transformation)
Role Summary
Bridge business strategy with digital innovation, translating stakeholder goals into actionable digital solutions. Drive digital roadmaps, process automation, and user-centric design to align technology investments with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Define digital roadmaps (AI, cloud, omnichannel) with leadership.
- Identify and quantify opportunities for digitization and automation (RPA, low‑code).
- Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for web/mobile, SaaS, APIs using user stories, wireframes, process flows.
- Analyze current workflows and redesign with workflow automation, chatbots, and other technologies.
- Partner with DevOps and engineering to implement, test, and validate automated solutions.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops (product, engineering, UX, marketing).
- Track KPIs (conversion rates, system performance) with analytics tools and recommend iterative improvements.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews ensuring deliverables meet user needs.
Required Skills
- Digital tools: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), CMS (WordPress, Shopify), low‑code platforms (OutSystems, Bubble).
- Analytics: SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
- UX: Wireframing and prototyping (Figma, Sketch), usability testing.
- Automation: RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or workflow engines.
- Business acumen: Deep understanding of sales, marketing, operations processes.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal storytelling; stakeholder management.
- Problem‑solving mindset, bias for action, negotiation skills.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst focused on digital transformations.
- Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI‑PBA, SAFe Agilist, Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent.
