Job Description
Job Title: EKA Contract Manager Role Summary: Oversees commercial and contractual activities for Strategic and Major European Key Accounts, driving business volume growth, tender response, pricing, and contract compliance with global sales teams. Expectations: Deliver increased sales volume and SOW for EKA accounts, maintain high-quality contract administration, meet defined deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement of EKA tools and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage new business tenders, calculations, and responses. - Coordinate work methodology and stakeholder alignment across account, legal, and sales teams. - Collaborate with Account Managers to identify commercial strategies and prepare pricing and discount structures. - Draft quotations for MHE products and services and support internal approval documentation. - Review commercial and legal elements of contracts, ensure proper signing and compliance. - Oversee framework agreement review and central administration of EKA agreements, including bonus evaluation, payment, and reporting. - Monitor action plans, business targets, and provide timely sales reporting. - Facilitate high-quality internal and external communication, including presentation material. - Drive continuous improvement of EKA tools and processes. Required Skills: - Experience in a technical sales/marketing environment (preferably Material Handling Equipment). - Strong commercial acumen and customer‑orientation. - Proven tender management skills (RFQ/RFI). - Structured, flexible, and pragmatic approach to deliver quick wins. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office and reporting/analysis tools. - Fluency in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian) considered an asset. - Experience in international contract management and coordination with legal departments. - Project management knowledge or certification. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. - Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience is preferred.
