Job Title: Solution Architect
Role Summary:
Senior Architecture professional responsible for designing, evaluating, and communicating complex IT solutions across Azure, .NET, React, Salesforce, SaaS, and PaaS platforms. Drives integration, performance, security, and compliance for enterprise initiatives within agile and waterfall environments.
Expectations:
- Deliver innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that align with business strategy.
- Act as the technical lead for product owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, architecture runway, and target state models.
- Foster continuous improvement and cross‑team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and communicate end‑to‑end architecture for multi‑technology initiatives.
- Evaluate integration patterns and recommend solutions that meet compliance and performance standards.
- Assess and judge new technologies for business value.
- Ensure application quality and responsiveness through solution design.
- Lead architectural inputs for agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional waterfall projects.
- Contribute to architecture runway, target state models, and multi‑vendor coordination.
- Support continuous improvement across the IT department.
- Collaborate with security and data protection teams to enforce secure‑by‑design practices.
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Azure, .NET, React, Salesforce, SaaS, and PaaS solutions.
- Proven experience in frontend digital architecture, design patterns, and interaction design.
- Expertise in enterprise integration patterns, APIs (RESTful, OpenAPI), and middleware.
- Experience integrating Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong stakeholder influence, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business strategy into technical architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project delivery.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or equivalent are preferred.
