Job Description
**Job title:** Sales Operations Intern **Role Summary:** Internship supporting the sales function by maintaining prospect data, building and analyzing performance dashboards, and optimizing CRM tools and workflows. Focus on structuring activities, reliable analytics, and automation to boost sales productivity. **Expectations:** * Provide structured support to the sales team. * Deliver accurate, actionable performance insights. * Implement tools and processes that reduce manual effort and improve data integrity. * Collaborate across Marketing, Finance, and Product teams on continuous improvement projects. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Sales Enablement (35%)** - Enrich and qualify prospect lists; maintain segmented, up-to-date contact inventories. - Manage prospecting activities: campaign execution, follow‑ups, and sequence monitoring. - Coordinate operational activities with sales representatives. 2. **Performance Management & Reporting (20%)** - Build, update, and ensure accuracy of commercial dashboards (Google Sheets, HubSpot). - Analyze key metrics (pipeline, conversion, sales cycle, engagement). - Identify improvement drivers, propose action plans, and support weekly/monthly sales reviews. 3. **Tools & Process Optimization (35%)** - Deploy and refine HubSpot CRM; align integration with Marketing, Finance, and other systems. - Map and standardize workflows to increase efficiency. - Create automations using HubSpot, Aircall, and AI tools to cut manual tasks. - Maintain data consistency across all revenue‑impact tools. 4. **Cross‑Functional Projects (10%)** - Join continuous improvement initiatives: market segmentation, data enrichment, new tool adoption. - Conduct benchmarks, deep dives, or ad‑hoc analyses as requested. - Contribute to evolving sales processes in a fast‑growth environment. **Required Skills:** * Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. * Strong data analysis skills; comfortable with Google Sheets, dashboards, and KPI tracking. * Experience with workflow mapping and process optimization. * Knowledge of automation platforms (Aircall, HubSpot workflows, AI tools) preferred. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Detail‑oriented, proactive, and self‑driven. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. * Certifications in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) or data analysis tools are advantageous.
