Job Title: Tasklet System Expert Role Summary: Short‑term specialist (6‑month contract) focused on analysing, configuring, and optimizing Tasklet Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Expactations: • Deliver expert Tasklet configuration and deployment support. • Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning. • Document processes, produce user guides, and facilitate knowledge transfer to warehouse staff. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze current Tasklet setup, workflows, and interface behaviour. • Configure and optimize Tasklet settings to meet operational requirements. • Coordinate with warehouse teams to capture business needs and implement improvements. • Ensure flawless integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central, including data exchange and synchronization. • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve configuration challenges, and provide ongoing support. • Produce documentation and deliver training/knowledge transfer sessions. Required Skills: • Deep expertise in Tasklet WMS configuration, deployment, and support. • Strong understanding of Tasklet integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Proven experience in warehouse systems and operational processes. • Ability to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions. • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
