Job Description
Job title: Tech Talent Acquisition – 6‑Month Contract (M/F) Role Summary: Recruit and onboard technology professionals for a consulting firm focused on banking, finance, and insurance. Drive full‑cycle sourcing, pre‑qualification, and interview coordination while maintaining accurate candidate data and supporting employer branding. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality talent for short‑ and mid‑term projects, meet hiring targets, collaborate with senior partners, and report recruitment metrics to the management committee. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, CV databases, professional networks). - Conduct initial telephone screening to assess fit and readiness. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. - Update and maintain candidate records in internal ATS. - Contribute to job description development and updates. - Present and negotiate offers with selected candidates. - Ensure timely reporting of recruitment data to the executive team. - Support employer branding initiatives. Required Skills: - Experience recruiting for IT/ESN (Digital Service Company) roles. - Strong sourcing techniques and ability to target niche profiles. - Excellent verbal and written communication, including French and English. - Proven organizational and time‑management skills. - Team‑player mindset with a results‑oriented approach. - Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and basic ATS functions. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - Relevant recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) preferred but not mandatory.
