**Job title:** Managing Director **Role Summary:** Lead client engagement and business development for a digital product consultancy. Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, drive revenue growth, preserve profitability, and steward client satisfaction across a portfolio of high‑value accounts. **Expactations:** - Deliver measurable revenue and profit targets for the assigned client portfolio. - Build long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning the firm as a strategic partner. - Champion client outcomes, ensuring delivery teams meet quality and schedule commitments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and negotiate new business opportunities; construct mutually beneficial commercial agreements. - Retain and expand existing accounts: lead proposals, pitches, and engagement planning. - Serve as primary point of contact; collaborate with clients on strategy, roadmaps, and requirements. - Oversee delivery teams, advocating client objectives, and ensuring delivery quality. - Monitor client satisfaction, retention metrics, and risk indicators. - Forecast and manage portfolio revenue; close profitable deals with finance and legal support. - Engage with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align strategy and resource allocation. **Required Skills:** - Proven senior client relationship management in technology/digital transformation. - Strong business acumen: forecasting, budgeting, and profit‑margin focus. - Negotiation and procurement expertise. - Excellent communication and presentation to C‑suite audiences. - Leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams; ability to inspire and drive results amid ambiguity. - Digital product knowledge (CX design, technology, or Agile delivery). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - Advanced leadership or MBA preferred. - Any relevant digital or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, CX design credentials) is an advantage.
