Job Title: Information Security Analyst Role Summary: Provide security monitoring and incident response support for a global services organization’s remote network and cloud environments. Work closely with the Security Operational Centre to detect, investigate, and remediate threats affecting O365, network infrastructure, email gateways, and cloud services. Expectations: - Autonomous, self‑starter with strong collaboration and integrity. - Clear written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in O365 security administration. - Continuous learning of new security tools and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze security events from SIEM, email gateways, and cloud platforms. - Investigate alerts for potential vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, or malicious activity. - Coordinate with SOC and IT teams to remediate identified risks. - Prepare timely threat and incident reports for senior stakeholders. - Apply best practices for network, cloud, and application security. - Participate in vulnerability management and patching activities.
