**Job Title:** Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design and execution of integrated multi‑channel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive audience acquisition, and achieve revenue targets for a diversified multimedia portfolio. Manage a small team of campaign optimisation specialists and oversee digital, print, and event marketing initiatives under a fixed‑term contract.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable marketing performance within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Maintain compliance with data protection and advertising regulations (GDPR, industry best practices).
- Coach and develop a small marketing team.
- Manage and report on marketing spend and budget adherence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement brand‑wide digital and offline marketing plans across print, website, webinars, podcasts, and social media.
- Drive reader and audience acquisition, lead generation, and client‑product marketing functions.
- Act as brand champion, ensuring cross‑promotion and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze industry trends, produce regular campaign performance reports, and recommend optimisations.
- Track and adjust campaigns (email, social, PPC/SEO) based on data analytics.
- Produce marketing collateral, media planners, reports, and surveys.
- Manage agreed marketing budgets and coordinate external services.
- Attend training and professional development events as required.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 2 years in a Marketing Manager or equivalent role within a commercial, events, or B2B media environment.
- Strong experience in digital marketing campaign execution (email, social media, LinkedIn ads).
- Proven track record of increasing brand reach and meeting revenue targets.
- Data‑driven mindset with analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with CRM, online marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- People management and coaching experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management abilities.
- Knowledge of GDPR and advertising best practices.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Any relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, CRM platforms) are advantageous.
