Job Description
**Job Title:** Contract Administrator **Role Summary:** Coordinate administrative and operational support to streamline asbestos surveying and reporting services. Act as a central liaison for clients, surveyors, laboratories, and internal teams. **Expectations:** - Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Maintain communication and project timelines under pressure. - Resolve client and operational issues diplomatically. - Commit to attaining P405 asbestos certification within 12 months. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage high-volume Outlook inbox for time-sensitive queries. - Provide clients with project updates and escalate complex issues to senior staff. - Liaise with clients, surveyors, laboratories, and internal teams to align project goals. - Maintain client portals and process data accurately. - Arrange travel, accommodation, and administrative tasks. - Solve operational problems and adjust project scope as needed. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and work management systems. - Excellent written/verbal communication for stakeholder interactions. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data accuracy. - Time management to prioritize and meet deadlines. - Diplomatic conflict resolution and problem-solving under pressure. - Customer focus to build trust and exceed expectations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No mandatory qualifications; P405 asbestos certification (P405) required within 12 months of employment. - Prior administrative or asbestos-related experience advantageous but not essential.
