Job title: Territory Account Manager | France Role Summary: Lead sales initiatives and accelerate growth for Neat’s video conferencing solutions across the French territory, identifying and securing new customers while managing strategic accounts through the MEDDPICC framework. Expactations: - Deliver measurable revenue growth by expanding market share in the French region. - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and margin objectives. - Position Neat as the preferred partner for virtual workplace solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with commercial prospects in France. - Leverage local network and industry events to generate leads and act as an ambassador for Neat. - Conduct comprehensive territory and vertical analyses to prioritize high‑value segments. - Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product strategy. - Collaborate with product and development teams to relay market insights and influence roadmap. - Mentor and coach junior sales staff, fostering a high‑performance culture. - Design, refine, and operationalise sales processes to support hyper‑growth objectives. - Manage campaign execution, pipeline forecasting, and strategic account management using MEDDPICC methodology. Required Skills: - Proven B2B sales experience in France, preferably in technology or video conferencing. - Demonstrated success scaling fast‑growth SaaS or tech businesses. - Strong strategic planning and go‑to‑market ability. - Expertise in new business development, account management, and territory execution. - Deep understanding of sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, MEDDIC). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast‑paced, feedback‑driven environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Certified Inside Sales Professional) preferred.
