**Job Title:** Data Manager & Consultant (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead and consult on data and AI projects for large enterprises across sectors (HR, finance, retail, energy, banking, transport). Drive modernisation of information systems, design data architectures, and deliver analytics solutions while managing project teams and stakeholder relationships.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, either in a consulting firm or in‑house.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end data projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, organizational rigor, and excellent communication skills.
- Interest in developing and expanding the client’s Data & AI service offering.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather and analyse client requirements; produce functional specifications and technical briefs.
- Conduct solution benchmarking and recommend innovative data technologies.
- Design and model data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts; define KPI and dashboard specifications.
- Lead project governance: run steering committees, coordinate technical and business teams, ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee testing, validation, deployment, and user training; support change management and user adoption.
- Develop and maintain data quality rules; manage data sourcing (open data, unstructured data, NLP).
- Contribute to the Centre of Excellence on BI/Big Data, researching emerging trends and opportunities.
**Required Skills:**
- Data processing: SAS, SQL, R (or equivalent).
- Data platforms: Dataiku, Alteryx, Snowflake, etc.
- Database technologies: SQL, NoSQL.
- Visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy.
- Project management and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and KPI definitions.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in data analytics, BI, or project management are a plus (e.g., SnowPro, Power BI, PMP).
