**Job Title** Data & BI Consultant (H/F) **Role Summary** Deliver end‑to‑end BI and Big‑Data solutions for diverse client projects. Serve as a consultant in analysis, design, implementation, training and project management, leveraging leading ETL/ELT and data‑visualisation platforms to enable informed decision‑making. **Expectations** * Successfully lead and execute client projects from requirement gathering to delivery. * Demonstrate autonomy and ownership of project phases. * Provide expert guidance on BI/Big‑Data technologies and best practices. * Maintain high quality, timely deliveries and client satisfaction. * Continuously update personal skill set through certifications and training. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse client business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Talend DI, Semarchy xDI, MyReport Data, etc. - Create and maintain interactive dashboards with Power BI, Qlik Sense, MyReport Builder or similar. - Conduct data modelling, data quality checks, and metadata management. - Deliver end‑to‑end project management: scope definition, resource planning, risk mitigation, status reporting. - Offer training and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams. - Stay current with emerging BI and Big‑Data solutions and propose technology roadmaps. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in BI/Data Analytics (minimum 3–5 years). - Hands‑on expertise in ETL/ELT tools: Talend DI, Semarchy xDI, MyReport Data, etc. - Proficiency in data‑visualisation platforms: Power BI, Qlik Sense, MyReport Builder, etc. - Strong SQL and relational database skills; familiarity with data warehouse architectures. - Understanding of MDM, data modelling and data governance concepts. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving and client‑management abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage projects end‑to‑end. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related discipline. - Professional certifications in BI/Big‑Data technologies (e.g., IBM, Oracle, Microsoft Power BI) are highly desirable.
