Job title: Technical Lead
Role Summary: Lead a cross‑functional team in designing, building, and deploying AI‑driven SaaS products for real‑estate due diligence. Own the full development lifecycle, from concept through production, ensuring scalability, quality, and security.
Expectations:
- Mentor and coach AI and software engineers.
- Drive strategic technical direction and deliverables.
- Champion best practices in code quality, automation, testing, and secure development.
- Collaborate with product, design, and legal stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
- Stay current with cutting‑edge models (e.g., GPT‑5, Claude 3.5) and emerging AI/ML technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect end‑to‑end AI systems, integrating LLMs, NLP, and computer vision components.
- Lead the full software lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, CI/CD, and deployment on cloud platforms.
- Ensure microservices, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps pipelines are robust, scalable, and secure.
- Oversee code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage technical roadmap, balancing short‑term outputs with long‑term innovation.
- Enforce secure coding standards and compliance with ISO 27001 and corporate security policies.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of technical leadership in AI/ML, SaaS, or software engineering.
- Proficiency with Python, React, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep knowledge of LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and data‑driven algorithms.
- Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD, and automated testing pipelines.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and team‑management skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred.
