**Job Title**
Lead Solution Architect / Lead Infrastructure Engineer
**Role Summary**
Provide end‑to‑end technical leadership for large‑scale programmes, ensuring architectural integrity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives across hardware, software, network, cloud, data, and security domains. Act as the single technical authority, guiding solution design, change management, and delivery of mission‑critical systems while partnering with programme leaders, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
**Expectations**
- Own the technical vision, roadmap, and architecture for the programme.
- Deliver high‑level design artefacts and client‑facing documentation.
- Lead solution reviews, change requests, and technical assurance activities.
- Influence innovation and best‑practice adoption across the delivery pipeline.
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and secure technical sponsorship.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the technical authority ensuring architectural integrity and compliance.
- Maintain High‑Level Design (HLD) artefacts and client‑facing architecture materials.
- Lead assessment and guidance for all customer‑driven Change Requests.
- Define and sustain the programme’s technical vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with delivery managers, lead architects, consultants, and security leads for successful execution.
- Build relationships with customer technical and programme leadership as a strategic partner.
- Conduct system requirements analysis, trade studies, interface definition, and verification & validation.
- Provide technical management, integration oversight, and quality assurance.
- Resolve complex technical challenges through analytical reasoning.
- Mentor and lead technical teams on high‑impact deliverables.
- Share knowledge through briefings, technical exchanges, and R&D initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience defining and maintaining technical solutions for large‑scale programmes.
- Deep understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure & Networks, Applications, Data (AI/ML), ITSM (ITIL), Cyber Security, and Automation.
- Expertise in solution architecture, high‑level design, and technical governance.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage change, drive technical strategy, and influence innovation.
- Leadership of technical teams and delivery of complex, mission‑critical systems.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, ITIL, CISSP/CISM, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, or equivalent.
- Experience with AI/ML, data platform, and automation tools is strongly preferred.
