**Job Title:** Full‑Stack Software Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and scale end‑to‑end features for a next‑generation decentralized application (dApp) that enables users to deposit and withdraw directly from vaults. Work within a product pod to shape user experience, architecture, and reliability, while collaborating closely with front‑end engineers, product managers, and researchers. Lead code quality initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and troubleshoot complex issues to sustain high performance and reliability.
**Expectations:**
- 1–2 years of startup‑style product development experience, preferably within fintech or data‑heavy environments.
- Strong autonomous work ethic with demonstrated ability to drive a feature from concept through production.
- Proven collaborative communication skills for distributed, cross‑functional teams.
- Understanding of DeFi concepts, dApps, and on‑chain interactions is essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Architect and implement scalable full‑stack solutions in TypeScript, ensuring high reliability and performance.
2. Design and maintain backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and data pipelines (ETL) that power the dApp.
3. Partner with front‑end engineers to deliver cohesive, user‑centric interfaces in React.
4. Participate in system‑design, architecture discussions, and technical reviews.
5. Mentor junior engineers, lead code‑review sessions, and uphold coding standards.
6. Diagnose and resolve production incidents, ensuring optimal uptime and responsiveness.
7. Translate product requirements and research insights into technical specifications.
**Required Skills:**
- **Languages & Frameworks:** TypeScript (full‑stack), React, Python (or equivalent), Solidity/Rust (desirable).
- **Backend & Architecture:** API design, scalable backend systems, microservices concepts, CI/CD pipelines.
- **Data Engineering:** Data pipelining, ETL processes, handling high‑volume financial data.
- **Distributed Development:** Experience with remote or distributed team workflows, version control (Git), and communication tools.
- **Problem Solving:** Strong analytical skills with a focus on production‑ready, user‑centric solutions.
- **DeFi & dApp Knowledge:** Familiarity with blockchain principles, smart‑contract interactions, and decentralized protocols.
