AI/ML Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready machine learning and deep learning solutions, focusing on NLP and Generative AI. Manage end‑to‑end AI lifecycle: data prep, model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization using modern ML Ops practices on cloud platforms. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable AI systems aligned with business objectives.
**Expactations**
- Deliver high‑performance AI models for text classification, extraction, sequence labelling, chatbots, dialogue systems, and RAG pipelines.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, model retraining, monitoring, and serving (e.g., Triton, vLLM, Ollama).
- Ensure solutions run reliably on GPU backends within Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies.
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, train, and ship machine learning and deep learning models for production.
2. Construct scalable AI/NLP workflows (classification, extraction, sequencing).
3. Develop LLM‑based products (chatbots, RAG pipelines, dialogue systems).
4. Maintain robust ML Ops pipelines: CI/CD, monitoring, and automated retraining.
5. Deploy model serving solutions (Triton, vLLM, Ollama, etc.).
6. Work with GPU backends and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
7. Collaborate with software, data, and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability and scalability.
8. Troubleshoot, test, and refine existing AI components.
9. Present technical findings to stakeholders.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years AI/ML engineering, NLP, or deep learning experience.
- Strong NLP expertise: text classification, information extraction, sequence modelling.
- Hands‑on with LLMs, chatbots, RAG, or Generative AI systems.
- Advanced Python, Linux, Bash, Git, SSH proficiency.
- Deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras (or equivalent).
- AI model serving technologies: Triton, vLLM, Ollama, etc.
- Docker & Kubernetes (R&D or production).
- Cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- ML Ops practices and model lifecycle management.
- Agile development experience.
- Excellent communication; fluent in English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (preferred).
