Job title: Cybersecurity Engineer (M/F/X) Role Summary: Design, implement, and operate end‑to‑end security solutions for cloud and on‑premises environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and protecting the organization against cyber threats in a Swiss context. Expectations: - Deliver comprehensive security architecture and incident response strategies. - Maintain regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR). - Communicate effectively with IT, network, DevOps, and business stakeholders. - Provide training and awareness programs to internal teams. Job Title: IT Business Analyst – Back Office E-commerce (H/F/X) Role Summary: Bridge business and IT teams to ensure stability, performance, and evolution of the back‑office e‑commerce environment. Own functional governance for major e‑commerce platforms (OMS, SFCC, SAP) and drive integration, incident resolution, and requirements traceability. Expectations: - Minimum 5 years experience as IT Business Analyst or Functional Project Manager, ideally in e‑commerce/retail. - Fluent in English; strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: - Capture, validate, and document business requirements for orders, payments, logistics. - Analyze integration flows among OMS, SFCC, SAP, MuleSoft; propose optimizations. - Provide Level 2/3 functional support and coordinate incident resolution. - Draft functional specifications and ensure traceability to production. - Participate in UAT, functional testing, and business validation. - Facilitate communication between business units, IT, and external partners. - Lead project phases for e‑commerce system integration and evolution. - Monitor performance and quality of order, payment, and stock flows; recommend continuous improvement.
