Job Description

**Job title**: Data Integrator **Role Summary** Responsible for collecting, integrating, and validating electronic invoicing data from multiple source systems (POS, invoicing solutions, bank feeds, scanning tools). Ensures data accuracy, reconciles transactions, and reports anomalies to the finance team, maintaining structured and compliant record‑keeping. **Expectations** - Proficient with digital tools and data manipulation. - Detail‑oriented, organized, with strong reliability and precision. - Able to work methodically within established procedures. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather electronic invoices, sales receipts, bank statements, payroll elements, and scan outputs from diverse software platforms. - Integrate and structure data into designated folders/files following internal protocols. - Verify consistency of balances, revenues, and payroll entries against source documents. - Reconcile pending transactions and resolve discrepancies. - Identify and document anomalies, escalating them to the accounting reviewer. - Maintain orderly and compliant file organization to support audit readiness. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, database tools, or ETL software. - Experience working with POS, invoicing, banking, and document‑scanning systems. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent organization, time‑management, and communication skills. - Ability to maintain high data integrity and follow established procedures. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. - Professional certification in inventory controls, data management, or accounting (e.g., CPA, CISA) is a plus.
