Job Description
Job title: Marketing Project Manager – Offer Role Summary: Deliver bespoke marketing partnership proposals for LFP Media’s sporting events, integrating storytelling and data-driven insights to maximize sponsorship and licensing revenues. Expectations: Create end‑to‑end proposals, lead external creative resources, maintain a live commercial inventory, monitor marketing trends, and collaborate across internal teams to secure and activate partnership opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop tailored, storytelling‑rich proposals for prospective partners from concept to final presentation. - Manage agencies and freelancers to produce creative assets and visual simulations. - Maintain and enhance the commercial offer inventory, confirming existing rights and integrating new activations with accurate costing. - Track daily marketing, social media, and influencer trends to feed the active offerings. - Coordinate cross‑functional input (Sales, Legal, Creative) to align proposals with business objectives. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high‑quality delivery on schedule. Required Skills: - Strategic and creative thinking with strong presentation skills. - Business acumen to translate corporate partnership needs into actionable proposals. - Excellent organizational and project management abilities. - Proactive, autonomous, and a strong team player. - High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
