**Job title** B2B Food Sales Representative – Remote (Male/Female) **Role Summary** Promote and sell specialized food industry products to a portfolio of B2B clients entirely via remote channels. Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, drive new business opportunities, negotiate contracts within pricing policy, and align sales activities with corporate sustainability objectives. Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver outstanding client service and contribute to corporate ESG strategy. **Expectations** - 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience in an international setting. - Bachelor‑level education (Bac +2/3 or equivalent). - Proficiency in English (spoken and written). - Comfortable with remote selling, prospecting, portfolio management, and negotiation. - Results‑driven, customer‑focused, collaborative mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and manage a client portfolio worth €1–5 M, including prospecting new opportunities. - Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles: quotation, contract negotiation, order processing, and payment collection. - Build lasting client relationships remotely, ensuring high satisfaction and portfolio retention. - Negotiate commercial terms within established pricing policies and develop tailored action plans for each market. - Ensure accurate contract execution: invoicing, billing, dispute resolution and performance monitoring. - Track sales performance, report results to management, and adjust tactics accordingly. - Coordinate internally with trade, industry, and sustainability teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Promote ESG initiatives, integrate climate‑related offers, and position sustainability as a market differentiator. **Required Skills** - B2B sales and portfolio management. - Remote communication and digital selling proficiency. - Negotiation and contract administration. - Data‑driven performance analysis. - Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management. - Knowledge or interest in ESG and sustainability practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac +2/3) in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field. - Additional certifications in sales or ESG (optional).
