**Job Title** Commercial Manager – 6 Month FTC **Role Summary** Lead the UK&I commercial strategy and execution for Amicus Therapeutics’ portfolio, driving sales growth, market positioning, and cross‑functional collaboration. Manage key commercial projects, marketing activities, and stakeholder engagements while ensuring compliance with ABPI regulations and internal policies. **Expectations** - Achieve sales targets through effective commercial planning and execution. - Deliver high‑quality marketing materials, events, and external presence. - Provide data‑driven insights to inform strategy and improve performance. - Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners within agreed frameworks. - Maintain up‑to‑date product, therapeutic, and competitor knowledge to support the commercial team. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and implement the UK&I commercial plan for both brands, ensuring alignment with global strategy. 2. Lead national commercial projects (material creation, resource allocation, agency management). 3. Coordinate and execute Amicus‑owned events and manage presence at congresses. 4. Localise marketing assets and collaborate with global marketing and local agencies. 5. Track, analyse, and respond to sales performance, market share, and competitor activity. 6. Support business and finance reviews with accurate commercial data. 7. Plan, track, and control commercial budgets in partnership with finance. 8. Liaise with external purchasers, service providers, and supply chain functions. 9. Maintain ABPI compliance and ensure training for the commercial team. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in pharma/biotech marketing and sales, preferably with rare diseases or specialty care products. - Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership. - Ability to translate commercial data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Self‑starter with a results‑oriented, hands‑on mindset. - Familiarity with UK healthcare system, ABPI regulations, and industry terminology. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or equivalent. - Valid ABPI qualification (Advanced Professional Programme for Industry Personnel). ---
