Job Description: Job Title: HVAC Business Manager – International Projects Role Summary: Lead and manage a portfolio of high‑value international HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects from bid to handover, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction while coordinating cross‑functional teams and local partners. Expectations: - Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in international HVAC. - Master’s level education (Bac+5) in HVAC, Energy Engineering, or a related field. - Professional proficiency in English; additional languages welcome. - Willingness and ability to travel internationally. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, price, and submit competitive bids for public and private export tenders. - Plan, monitor, and drive project schedules, budgets, and scopes across multiple sites. - Coordinate internal resources (engineering, procurement, logistics) and external partners. - Maintain continuous client engagement, providing status updates and resolving issues. - Ensure projects meet technical, regulatory, and quality standards before handover. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on profitability and project health. Required Skills: - Strong project management and scheduling tools proficiency (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). - Proven negotiation and stakeholder‑management capabilities. - Ability to interpret technical HVAC specifications and translate them into actionable plans. - Cross‑cultural communication and team‑leading skills. - Analytical mindset for cost control, risk assessment, and performance tracking. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related discipline. - Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or HVAC accreditation are advantageous but not mandatory.
