Job Description

Job title: Senior Product Manager Role Summary: Drive product strategy and execution for a deep‑tech AI start‑up, focusing on achieving product‑market fit and scaling solutions for complex problem‑solving use cases in investment research and drug discovery. Operate remotely with quarterly travel to Europe. Expactations: Demonstrated ability to build products from concept to launch in a deep‑tech environment; strong engineering foundation; proven success in identifying and validating product‑market fit; ability to work independently and cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving start‑up. Key Responsibilities: - Own product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for AI‐driven solutions. - Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to refine use cases. - Translate customer insights into prioritized feature backlog and define success metrics. - Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high‑quality products on schedule. - Build and nurture relationships with pilot customers, gathering feedback for continuous improvement. - Present product updates to leadership and influence funding and resource allocation decisions. Required Skills: - 3+ years in deep tech (AI, data analysis, complex technical systems). - Proven track record of taking a product 0‑to‑1 and achieving market fit. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to thrive in a remote, high‑growth environment. - Familiarity with agile product development practices. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred). - Certifications in product management or agile frameworks (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
