Job Description

**Job Title** Customer Support Assistant **Role Summary** Provide 24/7 customer support to toll‑barrier users, ensuring smooth traffic flow and efficient incident handling across the company’s motorway network. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, courteous customer service. - Analyze and react quickly to service requests. - Manage multiple concurrent incidents with calm clarity. - Communicate effectively in English; additional foreign language a plus. - Work flexible shift schedules (morning, day, night, weekends, public holidays). **Key Responsibilities** - Answer calls initiated by toll‑barrier “help” buttons and provide real‑time assistance. - Guide and inform customers navigating automatic toll lanes. - Process anomalous transactions remotely. - Escalate maintenance needs to Level 1 or Level 2 support as required. - Coordinate continuously with the Central Operations Post (PCE). - Report events and contribute to monitoring system performance. - Maintain documentation of incidents and follow‑up actions. **Required Skills** - Native/advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of another foreign language preferred. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent verbal communication and conflict‑resolution skills. - Ability to remain calm and articulate under pressure. - Proficiency with digital tools and standard office software. - Capable of operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - High‑school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver’s licence (Category B). - Own vehicle (public transportation not available to the site).
