**Job Title** Marketing Manager – Ministry Games **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end marketing for Ministry Games fitness events. Own multi‑channel campaigns, ticket sales, community engagement and brand storytelling from launch to post‑event. Scale initiatives across the UK and beyond while maintaining brand consistency and data‑driven performance. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable ticket revenue targets and growth KPIs. - Manage marketing budget, timelines and cross‑functional workflows. - Maintain high standards of quality and relevance for all creative assets. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, execute and optimise paid, owned and earned media campaigns. - Oversee CRM flows, ticketing platforms and audience journey touchpoints. - Produce real‑time content (reels, TikTok, behind‑the‑scenes) and post‑event recaps. - Coordinate influencer, ambassador and grassroots partnership programmes. - Lead agency relationships, PR outreach and sponsor collaborations. - Analyse performance data, track trends and benchmark competitors. - Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Event marketing experience in fitness, entertainment or mass participation. - Strong copy‑writing and storytelling abilities. - Proven agency and creative team management. - Proficiency in social media strategy, content creation tools (Adobe, Canva). - Data‑driven mindset with experience in performance analytics. - Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and paid social strategy preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. - Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media or event management are an asset.
