**Job Title:** MicroStrategy Consultant **Role Summary:** Provide end‑to‑end MicroStrategy consulting for clients, delivering reporting documents, portfolio dashboards, and semantic layers. Analyse business requirements across functions such as procurement, finance, and marketing, design and implement MicroStrategy solutions, and propose continuous improvements. **Expectations:** - Listen, rephrase, and synthesize client needs. - Demonstrate strong analytical and written communication skills. - Take initiative to move projects forward and propose innovative solutions. - Share knowledge and collaborate in a team‑centric environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and deliver reporting documents, portfolio dashboards, and semantic layers using MicroStrategy. - Analyse and translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Design and maintain data models, SQL queries, and MicroStrategy artifacts. - Produce clear documentation and provide client presentations. - Identify and recommend enhancements to existing reporting solutions. **Required Skills:** - 2–3 years of practical experience with MicroStrategy. - Proficiency in SQL. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and writing abilities. - Excellent listening, reframing, and synthesizing skills. - Ability to understand diverse business domains (procurement, finance, marketing). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - MicroStrategy certification is an advantage.
