**Job title**
Electronic Systems Architect Engineer (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the technical definition, design, integration, and validation of electronic systems for defence‑related products. Drive architectural decisions, coordinate cross‑functional engineering teams, manage project modules, and ensure compliance with client requirements, cost, quality, and schedule targets.
**Expectations**

- Leadership skills to manage functional groups and development workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Technical management of system architecture, including planning, reporting (EBOM), and design review facilitation.
- Coordinate technical exchanges among internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
- Analyze client requirements, define system solutions, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop electronic system architecture (logical & physical), functional allocation, interfaces, and cabling plans.
- Create architecture diagrams, specification documents, and support prototype execution and testing.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to support orders and warranty support.
- Maintain technical dossiers for subcontractors, participate in supplier meetings, and lead technical design reviews.
**Required Skills**
- Mastery of multi‑disciplinary embedded electronic systems (control electronics, compute, video processing, motor control, power, actuator management).
- Experience with architecture definition, subsystem breakdown, interface engineering, and schematic design.
- Proven leadership in managing engineering activities and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong project management, cost, quality, and schedule control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem‑solving aptitude.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electronic system design and architecture.
- Prior experience in system architecture and engineering management is an advantage.
