**Job title:** Sales Associate
**Role Summary:** Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a luxury watch boutique. Responsible for meeting sales targets, fostering client relationships, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting boutique operations, including event coordination, live chat, and service watch handling.
**Expactations:**
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs.
- Present a professional, brand‑aligned appearance and communication style.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and national travel for support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Achieve sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross‑selling.
- Promote boutique marketing initiatives to increase footfall and sales.
- Provide product knowledge, recommend suitable Bremont watches, and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure a first‑class customer experience and after‑sales support.
- Respond to live chat inquiries daily with accurate, timely information.
- Assist in set‑up, take‑down, and guest engagement during events, trunk shows, and promotions.
- Handle service/repair watch intake, liaise with Customer Service, and follow up on repairs.
- Maintain visual merchandising, boutique appearance, and model store standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and safeguard high‑value items.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and uphold GDPR data protection and confidentiality.
- Support other boutiques as required and collaborate with team members and management.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience with understanding of mainstream and niche watch brands.
- Proven sales track record in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective merchandising and attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, independent, and team‑capable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; intermediate Excel).
- Excellent presentation, customer‑service orientation, and problem‑solving abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail, fashion, or business is an asset.
- No mandatory professional certifications required, although knowledge of watch technology and retail sales courses is beneficial.
