Job Description
**Job Title** Product Manager – Physical Identity Products **Role Summary** Strategic product owner responsible for a portfolio of physical identity solutions (e.g., passports, driver’s licences, ID cards) and associated security features. Drives product discovery, defines road‑maps, and executes go‑to‑market strategies while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions to enterprise and government customers. **Expectations** - Achieve revenue and KPI targets through disciplined product line management. - Translate customer insights into actionable product strategy and roadmap. - Serve as product evangelist across sales, marketing, engineering, and operations. - Lead market discovery, win/loss analysis, and competitive positioning initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct ongoing market and customer discovery to define product requirements and revenue opportunities. - Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with customer demand and business goals. - Own go‑to‑market strategy: segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch planning. - Collaborate with sales to create battle cards, competitive intelligence, and enablement materials. - Coordinate cross‑functional launch activities, ensuring internal and external deployment plans meet KPIs. - Facilitate win/loss reviews, capturing insights to refine strategy and product offerings. - Engage with enterprise‑level customers and partners to validate concepts and gather feedback. - Lead internal stakeholder workshops and strategy sessions to align product vision with broader business objectives. **Required Skills** - Product management and ownership in the identity or security product domain. - Strong analytical thinking: customer interview synthesis, data‑driven decision making, and KPI monitoring. - Customer‑centric approach with ability to translate technical and market insights into business value. - Excellent written and verbal communication; capacity to present complex concepts to diverse audiences. - Proven cross‑functional collaboration across global teams (engineering, marketing, sales, operations). - Familiarity with Pragmatic Institute/Pragmatic Marketing frameworks (preferred). - Leadership and facilitation skills for workshops, strategy meetings, and advocacy roles. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum 3 years product management experience in physical identity or security products. - Experience working directly with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
