Job Title: Salesforce Developer, Vice President
Role Summary:
Senior Salesforce engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑performance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related integrations. Leads architecture, coding, and deployment activities, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise integration standards. Operates at an executive level with direct oversight of project delivery and stakeholder communication.
Expectations:
- Minimum 7 + years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Email‑to‑Case, and Case Routing.
- Hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex, and Lightning Flow.
- Advanced security model knowledge.
- Proficient in CI/CD pipelines (Flosum or Git).
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and investigate complex issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise apps via REST, BULK, or Platform Events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise‑grade Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, Aura components, Apex classes, and triggers.
- Create, test, and deploy Lightning Flow solutions for business automation.
- Implement and enforce strong security configurations (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Lead CI/CD processes, ensuring code quality, version control, and automated deployments.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform root‑cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of existing Salesforce implementations.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
