Job Description
**Job Title** Payroll Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Assume full responsibility for payroll administration and human‑resources support for a plant of approximately 300 employees. Work within a four‑person HR operations team, reporting to the HR Country Manager. Deliver accurate payroll, statutory declarations, DSN, and related administrative tasks while providing employee and manager support. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, error‑free payroll and statutory reports for a mid‑sized French workforce. - Collaborate autonomously within the HR operations team. - Demonstrate proficiency with Excel and French payroll software. - Act as a link between employees and HR, offering constructive solutions and service orientation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Process and validate payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with French labor laws. 2. Input and manage variable payroll elements in the payroll system. 3. Generate payslips, perform monthly reconciliations, and ensure data integrity. 4. Produce monthly and event‑based DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative) reports. 5. Submit regulatory declarations (social security, Pôle emploi, etc.). 6. Update and maintain payroll tracking tables and dashboards. 7.
