**Job Title**
Senior PMO – Change Management (DORA)
**Role Summary**
Lead the implementation of DORA regulatory requirements across a multi‑entity financial group. Drive change management initiatives, coordinate governance structures, and support subsidiaries in operational transformation. Manage weekly committees, consolidate group data, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and act as a liaison between business and IT.
**Expectations**
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience in PMO, transformation, or change management.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations; experience in insurance preferred, banking acceptable.
* Excellent oral and written French (bilingual); working proficiency in English.
* Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and work autonomously on strategic projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Operate DORA RUN: translate regulatory mandates into operational actions for diverse group entities.
* Design, launch, and monitor new processes, tools, and operational habits to support change adoption.
* Harmonize practices across 6 subsidiaries of varying maturity levels.
* Prepare, frame, and facilitate up to 15 committee meetings weekly, driving agenda, minutes, and decisions.
* Centralize and analyze group‑wide data, produce key indicators, and support decision‑making.
* Ensure methodological rigor, precise documentation, and consistency of all deliverables.
* Serve as a communication hub for business and IT directions, clarifying expectations and safeguarding progress.
**Required Skills**
* PMO, transformation, or change management expertise (3+ years).
* Strong analytical, structuring, and synthesis capabilities; proficiency in QCD indicators.
* Project management and governance skills in multi‑entity environments.
* Exceptional communication: persuasive presentation, clear writing, no anglicisms.
* Leadership: visible presence, energetic, decisive, influence‑oriented.
* Organizational acumen: manage heavy governance loads and cross‑functional coordination.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field.
* PMO or change‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci) preferred.
