**Job Title**
Consultant Expert Analytics/Data Engineer – dbt Snowflake (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Design, build, and document complex data pipelines on Snowflake, orchestrated with dbt and CI/CD. Architect robust data models, ensure security, governance and observability. Mentor internal teams, contribute to technology strategy, and deliver high‑quality, compliant data solutions for clients across varied sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, develop, and document ELT pipelines using Snowflake and dbt.
2. Implement best‑practice data models, including modular schemas and reusable macros.
3. Manage security, role‑based access, and FinOps optimizations; set up observability (monitoring, performance, governance).
4. Ensure deliverable quality via unit/acceptance tests, documentation, and DataOps CI/CD pipelines.
5. Contribute to target architecture definition and technology selection around Snowflake, dbt, and complementary tools.
6. Mentor internal teams, share knowledge, and conduct up‑skilling workshops.
7. Participate in technology scouting and advise clients on emerging data stack capabilities, including AI integration.
**Required Skills**
- **Technical**: 3–5 years in cloud‑based data engineering; advanced Snowflake (administration, optimization, security, FinOps); dbt Cloud/Core (tests, macros, CI/CD); SQL & ELT modeling; Python, Airflow, Docker.
- **Soft**: Analytical mindset, rigorous problem‑solving, effective communication, strong service orientation, ability to work autonomously and in teams, instructional aptitude.
- **Languages**: Professional proficiency in English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s+5 (equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Snowflake SnowPro, dbt Certified) are advantageous but not mandatory.
