Job Description

**Job Title**: Confirmed GCP Cloud DevOps Engineer – Full-Time Permanent Position **Role Summary**: Structured and reliable GCP cloud infrastructure expert to support tech teams, automate systems, and ensure security and compliance in a fintech environment. **Expectations**: - Minimum 6 years in systems/cloud engineering with mandatory GCP expertise. - Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions. - Experience managing security compliance (ACPR, DORA) and optimizing cloud costs. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design, deploy, and maintain GCP-based cloud architecture (compute, networking, IAM, security). - Implement DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), and automated deployments. - Develop reusable platform components and self-service tools for development teams. - Monitor observability (logging, alerts) and reliability metrics. - Oversee cloud security (IAM, secrets, auditing) and compliance frameworks. - Transition infrastructure from third-party providers to in-house management. - Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and security teams on technical strategy. - Lead FinOps initiatives: cost tracking, dashboard creation, resource optimization, and budget alignment. **Required Skills**: - GCP (Compute Engine, Networking, IAM). - Kubernetes. - Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). - CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). - Cloud security (IAM, compliance, DORA). - Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.). - FinOps (cost management, optimization strategies). **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. - Professional certifications in GCP (e.g., GCP DevOps Engineer) or equivalent cloud expertise.
