Job Description

**Job Title** Software Engineer (C#) **Role Summary** Full‑stack software engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a high‑performance B2C healthcare platform. Owns the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring, while collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams. **Expectations** - Deliver efficient, stable, and scalable code that meets business value. - Work closely with senior engineers and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Participate in cross‑tribe guilds, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members. - Uphold company values, Agile practices, and proactive communication of progress and issues. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain backend services using C# (.NET 8/9) and Azure cloud services. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and event‑driven components. - Build front‑end features with React. - Write automated unit, integration, and UI tests; contribute to test strategy. - Perform code reviews, pair‑programming, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). - Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and provide ongoing support. - Contribute to architecture discussions and documentation. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in C# (OOP, collections, exception handling, async/await). - Experience with .NET 8/9 and Azure (or other major cloud platforms). - Proven ability to design REST APIs and event‑driven architectures. - Front‑end development experience with React. - Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, UI). - Excellent written and verbal communication; documentation skills. - Collaborative mindset; comfortable with pair‑programming and cross‑functional teams. - Analytical problem‑solving and self‑driven work ethic. - Familiarity with Agile development processes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No specific certifications required; cloud or .NET certifications are a plus.
